Description of our service and how it is provided

Under the Hanna brand, Alteos GmbH offers personal liability insurance.

The website gives interested people the opportunity to find out about the insurance they want. For this purpose, an AI assistant, summaries of cover, plan overviews, insurance documents and FAQs about the insurance products are available.

Many services can be applied for online.

The online purchase process includes an identity check and an electronic signature. A risk assessment may take place before the contract is concluded. If it is positive, the policy is issued.
